Business Analyst (3892) Jobs

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to help our client deliver on all core BA services, Project Management and Change Management. Examples of deliverables include current state and future state process maps, project plans, change management plan, developing presentations for steering committees, preparing business cases, risk and issue log, decision log, statement of work, etc.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to be customer focused and service oriented
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Industry experience in BA lead roles
• Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with the entire MS Office Suite and Visio
• A quick learner, a self-starter, great at relationship building, being able to influence and gain agreement on a project approach
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
