What you will be doing:

• Engage cross-functional partners including Marketing (signing, digital, flyer), Pharmacy Services, Category team, Operations, Finance and external agency partners, to activate programs which support the marketing priorities.
• Act as the digital lead on behalf of Front Shop & Loyalty refining relevant online content and developing net new content supporting each monthly pharmacy theme and all business requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing Manager on Front Shop & Loyalty marketing programs that support the brand strategy including brief development, creative evaluation, approval process, tactical execution and store communications.
• Assist with management and execution of project tracking and budgeting for marketing calendars, business updates, and quarterly updates.

• Flyer, Print & Signing Vendor

How you will succeed:

• Familiarity with digital and standard marketing channels.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing.
• Strong written and presentation abilities.
• Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects to set and manage priorities to meet deadline, all within a multi-tasking environment with changing priorities.
• Attention to detail, strong project management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build partnerships to effectively source information, obtain approvals and build relationships.
• University of college degree in business, marketing, or an equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job and businesses marketed.
