ABOUT ROLE

As our studio continues to grow, we are looking to add an enthusiastic, energetic, and organized Associate Producer to our team. As a small team, we are looking for someone who is a multi-tasker at their core, and a strong collaborator. This role’s responsibilities vary, especially during project lulls. This position is a hybrid office setting, working directly and reporting to the studio’s Producer.

ROLE DUTIES

Business Development

•Identify new project opportunities through prospecting and soliciting new clients

•Prepare quotes, proposals, and bids

•Pitch directly to clients, in-person and virtually

•Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets

Project Management

•Create and maintain project roadmaps and ensure timely deliveries of assets

•Prepare and oversee schedules and budgets and maintain them daily

•Generate financial reports and provide status updates

•Perform location scouting and management

•Conduct research, gathering information and knowledge from available resources

•Prepare project kickoff presentations

•Prepare call sheets and coordinate shoot logistics

•Work alongside the Producer and Creative Director to develop concepts

•Review deliverables for QC and ensure they meet the scope of work

Team Management:

•Build and manage crews

•Organize, schedule, and present meetings, internal and external

•Monitor project scope and deliverables and promptly flag scope changes or creep

Client Management

•Proactively build strong, trusting partnerships with clients, serving as a solutions-orientated fixer and day-to-day point of contact, including hosting clients

•Monitor client satisfaction and promptly flag issues with conflict resolution

Content Marketing

•During project lulls, create and manage social media content marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube

•During project lulls, create and manage e-marketing campaigns
