Job Description
Randstad is seeking an AP Administrator for an opportunity to join an organization with a long-standing history and proven success in the water utility market. The ideal candidate for this entry-level position should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be responsible for processing invoices, managing expense reimbursements, and collaborating with finance and non-finance team members.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days on-site required at their Mississauga location. A great opportunity with room to learn and advance with the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage cheque and EFT payment runs, ensuring timely vendor payments and applying eligible discounts
  • Assist with journal entries, monthly account reconciliations, and budget forecasting
  • Reconcile vendor account statements and respond to vendor inquiries
  • Process invoices accurately in the ERP system, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and receiving documents
  • Verify and process employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Maintain Concur administration, set up/maintain user accounts, and provide user support
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with an ERP system (SAP experience a plus)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and targets with minimal supervision
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel- must be able to demonstrate Excel capabilities)
