Responsibilities

• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment where students feel encouraged to explore and develop their artistic potential.
• Deliver dynamic and engaging art lessons, catering to students' diverse artistic abilities.
• Introduce various art techniques, mediums, and art history to broaden students' artistic horizons.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to foster their artistic growth and development.

Successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced child DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one. Requirements

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and inspire students.
• Possess a deep understanding of art techniques, art history, and the art curriculum.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive school culture.
• Demonstrated passion for art education and fostering creativity.
