Role: In person (Monday to Friday) (Time 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM)

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, and providing administrative support to our team and also reconciliation of accounts.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including posting transactions, reconciling accounts.

2. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and following up on outstanding balances.

3. Conduct periodic audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

4. Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.

5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial and administrative issues.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

3. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.

4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
