Rental Administrators are responsible for managing the rental process for a variety of properties, including residential, commercial, and industrial. They are responsible for ensuring that all rental agreements are in compliance with local and state laws, as well as the terms of the rental agreement. They also handle tenant inquiries, process rental payments, and manage tenant relations.Detailed Job Description:

They also handle tenant inquiries, process rental payments, and manage tenant relations. They must be knowledgeable about the rental process, including the legal requirements, and be able to effectively communicate with tenants. They must also be able to handle any disputes that may arise between tenants and landlords.What is Rental Administrator Job Skills Required?

• Knowledge of rental laws and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
