Our Property Management Firm is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is an organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage paperwork, handle e-signature documents, post advertisements on social media platforms, and facilitate general organizational tasks around the business.
Responsibilities:
- Post advertisements on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter
- Assist in creating entries into our property management software
- Manage digital paperwork including preparing, sending, and tracking e-signature documents
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and tenants
- Help facilitate organizational tasks around the business as needed
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
