Job Description

Our Property Management Firm is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is an organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage paperwork, handle e-signature documents, post advertisements on social media platforms, and facilitate general organizational tasks around the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Post advertisements on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter
  • Assist in creating entries into our property management software
  • Manage digital paperwork including preparing, sending, and tracking e-signature documents
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and tenants
  • Help facilitate organizational tasks around the business as needed

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
