- Maintain office supplies and order as needed
- Prepare and send out expenses
- Process customer payments and prepare bank deposits as required
- Process incoming customer calls, emails and requests
- Filing and all other office duties
- Maintain and renew vehicle registrations
- Process Incoming Mail
- Other support duties as required
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Computer literacy (MS office suite, data entry, Netsuite or other Business Management System)
