Job Description
At Sansom Equipment Limited, we recognize the key to our success is our people, and because of our people Sansom Equipment Limited is the leading distributor and service provider for pumps, blowers, valves, generators, engines, VFDs and packaged engineered systems for industrial and municipal applications in Atlantic Canada.


We are in search of an Administrative Support person to join our team in Mt Pearl, NL branch. This position will encompass administrative support duties such as office reception, expense claim management, clerical support, incoming mail and distribution, customer payments and inquiries, administer and order office supplies, aid service and project staff, and general relationship management with staff and clients.


Responsibilities:


Interested applicants should be prepared to demonstrate a relevant degree of experience, knowledge and understanding in the following key competencies:


  • Maintain office supplies and order as needed
  • Prepare and send out expenses
  • Process customer payments and prepare bank deposits as required
  • Process incoming customer calls, emails and requests
  • Filing and all other office duties
  • Maintain and renew vehicle registrations
  • Process Incoming Mail
  • Other support duties as required


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Computer literacy (MS office suite, data entry, Netsuite or other Business Management System)
