MARKETING / ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

RelyOn Nutec Canada (NL) is a service-based company focused on exceeding our client's requirements, on time, the first time. We provide safety and survival training to the onshore, offshore oil & gas industry, industrial, maritime sectors, civilian and Military aviation.


We are seeking a motivated and creative Administrative Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, and experience in customer service, social media, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should be able to manage time, multi-task and prioritize, and should have experience managing social media accounts and platforms.


MAJOR DUTIES

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and promote customer satisfaction.
  • Drive engagement across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Promote brand recognition and familiarize our clients with the products and/or services offered
  • Engage with clients regularly via email, phone, and in person to keep them up to date on course offerings and to fill available seats
  • Support and coverage for our Training Administrator and Coordinator
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products or services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all administrative tasks.
  • Creative, resourceful and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position.
  • Education and/or experience in social media or hospitality industry is an asset
