Responsibilities
- Producing various communications pertaining to the above
- Generating reports
- Event planning
- Coordinating meetings
- Handline all travel arrangements
- Distributing minutes
- Expense reports
- Taking and preparing minutes for approval
- Communicating with members regarding committee work
- Updating the Board website
- Drafting motions/policies
- Knowledge of standard formats used in typing official documents
