Role: The Accounts payable finance associate is an essential piece to the Finance team, reporting to the Controller. Using Sage 100 Contractor accounting software for the construction industry, this fast-paced role will manage the purchase order life cycle based on cost accounting. This position will highlight your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects. Software training will be provided, Sage software familiarity is an asset.

Requirements:

• Team oriented, positive attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous financial accounting experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, and cloud bases systems
• 2-3 professional references
• Customer service skills
• Inclusive, respectful demeanor and capable of working in a diverse environment
