Your Responsibilities In a Few Words

Participate in the payables process - Participate in the reconciliation process - Master the accounts payable reports for analysis purposes - Support the team in the monthly payments - Collaborate in the quarterly closing process - Reconcile data from the General Ledgers in relation to payroll and human resources - Explain the variations in accounting items from one quarter to another thanks to your knowledge of the activities - Ensure that entries are made according to the procedures in Dynamics - Build back-ups to justify the figures posted, Use developed follow-up tools - Suggest new tools to improve the efficiency of operations

Your Assets For This Position

• Bilingualism: clearly express yourself in French and be able to write in English
• Enjoy navigating different computer systems
• Motivated by a stimulating and dynamic environment
• In-depth knowledge of the Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities
• Have a reliable analytical mind
