This Richmond based client are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join their dynamic team. Reporting directly into the Accounts Payable Supervisor, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Monthly reconciliations of company bank accounts.
• Accounts receivable for multiple business entities when needed.
• Assisting with the preparation of cost and financial statements at month end.
• Full cycle accounts payable for multiple business entities.
• Filing of monthly and quarterly taxes and other ad-hoc duties as requested.

Requirements
Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year accounting experience, have strong attention to detail and be able to work with high volumes. Knowledge of Sage is considered an asset. Growth opportunities and strong package on offer.
