Rycom is growing and we are looking for a candidate that possesses a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

  • Process customer invoices.
  • Assist with collections and prepare AR reports.
  • Process expense reports and credit card invoices.
  • Assist with tracking and reviewing compliance certifications.
  • Assist the finance team with ad-hoc projects and requests.
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Setup sales orders and subscriptions.
  • Assist with the preparation of ad hoc reports.
  • Process accounts payable invoices in an efficient and timely manner
  • Post and process journal entries.

Requirements

  • Excellent professional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP
  • Self-disciplined, problem solver and high attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Advanced excel skills and tech savvy.
  • University or College Degree in accounting, finance, or business studies
  • Excellent knowledge of financial reporting software
  • Experience with Promys PSA (CRM, Help Desk, PSA)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, performance-based environment.
  • Experience with Power BI
