Job Description
Adecco is seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our clients team in Regina, SK. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operational activities, building strong customer relationships, and driving improvement initiatives. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.


  • Pay rate: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience plus Benefits + Gas allowance

Detailed :


  • Manage the completion and filing of company reports, such as accident, incident, and damage reports.
  • Oversee operational activities, ensuring effective planning, directing, organizing, and controlling all production processes.
  • Monitor area management performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Develop and test new service processes, procedures, and equipment to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain ongoing professional development in the retail trade industry.
  • Collaborate with customers, building strong relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Implement preventative maintenance methods and improved cleaning techniques.
  • Drive improvement initiatives throughout all levels of the organization, promoting growth and success.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting and profitability.
  • Motivate and resolve employee issues through effective delegation and problem-solving.


Candidate's Profile:


  • Minimum 3-5 years of management/leadership experience with direct reports.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent customer relations and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experienced in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated dependability and ability to work flexible hours, including possible overnight travel and weekends.
  • Subject matter expertise in commercial cleaning, including various cleaning tasks and techniques.
  • Strong delegation skills with the ability to motivate and resolve employee issues.
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • General understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and profitability.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle (Monthly Gas allowance provided) and a driver's license that meets our clients' requirements, with no major offenses on the driving record.
