Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to lead client communications, manage campaigns, and drive revenue for our clients in the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) space, primarily utilizing Shopify. Your role will involve maintaining client satisfaction, aligning solutions with client needs, and collaborating with internal teams. If you have a thorough understanding of e-commerce, paid media, and retention marketing, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue expansion.
- Communicate regularly to provide updates and address concerns.
- Build strong client relationships and understand their objectives.
Campaign Management:
- Develop and maintain project timelines, addressing issues promptly.
- Conduct regular status meetings and seek client feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project execution.
Revenue Generation
- Provide data-driven insights for enhanced revenue generation.
- Understand client business goals and optimize sales performance.
- Monitor stores for improvement opportunities
- Drive revenue growth for clients' online stores using paid ads and retention marketing.
Account Planning and Strategy:
- Offer insights and recommendations based on industry trends.
- Analyze accounts to identify needs and pain points.
- Develop a marketing calendar with strategic plans.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide actionable recommendations for client performance.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong understanding of paid media and retention marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, FB Business Manager, and Klaviyo,
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in account management or customer success.
- 4+ years in e-commerce, preferably DTC (brand or agency experience is required)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
