Develop and utilize detailed product knowledge and strong attention to detail

Manage a working inventory of replacement parts to ship to customers globally

2+ years general customer service or retail experience

Experience with Desk.com or a similar customer service tool

Experience in eCommerce or related business operation

Communicate customer feedback and liaise with other departments to adhere to set standards

Participate in the recruitment, onboarding and orientation of the Member & Guest Experience auxiliary staff. Maintains accurate employee-related files.

Sets and tracks sales and customer service goals for the Member & Guest Experience team.

Maintain inventory of Member & Guest Experience admin supplies.

Provide administrative support to the Full-Time Member & Guest Experience team.

2+ years experience in leadership and/or supervisory role.
