What You Need To Know

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent knowledge and/or experience.

Work and liaise with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers and designers to ensure correct product functionalities.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives like exploratory and ad-hoc testing.

Working experience using defect tracking systems (JIRA).

What You Need To Know

Student in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or Supply Chain

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel is required

Knowledge of business intelligence tools is an asset

Strong problem-solving abilities and resourceful

Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking to adapt to a ever-changing environment

Ability to synthesise and effective communication skills, in English and French

Strong and efficient communication skills;

Experience with working in scrum/agile;

As a QA Analyst, your responsibilities include:

Advise Project Manager regarding overall quality of project and identify outstanding issues through established project management protocols.

Work with the project/program manager to align projects by looking for overlap in testing resource requirements across projects.

Manage the design, specification, and execution of tests, including ensuring that test design accounts for risk and selecting the test types.

Review test results, walkthrough presentation prior to delivery of the project to ensure the requirements have been met.

Knowledge of testing tools is an asset.

Works with business users, system administrators and project managers to provide accurate test cost estimates for projects/solutions.

Taking ownership of the issue management process during the QA phase of large projects;

University degree in computer science or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of related work experience;

Experience with automated testing tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

1) 3+ years of hands-on experience with web Automation Testing – with Java, Selenium, Cucumber

2) 3+ years of Mobile automation testing experience (in both iOS and Android) – with Appium

3) 3+ years of hands-on experience with planning, creating, and executing end to end test plans

3) Prior Digital Banking or Financial Services experience

4) 2+ years working in an Agile Scrum team

1) Basic understanding of databases and Able to work with database queries – Sybase

Proactively suggest improvements to the testing process through engagement and feedback within the development team or with management.

3+ years of experience testing and developing solutions using cloud and web-based technologies.

3+ years' experience creating automation and performance test suites for Enterprise web applications

Experience accurately scoping and breaking down technical problems

Experience in all testing phases of Software Development Life Cycle and owning complete Testing journey for software solutions

Experience developing using the Agile/Scrum methodology.

Experience with developing and executing Quality Assurance Strategies and

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions is an asset.
