Shift Hours: Mon-fri 8:00 Am – 5:00 Pm

Builds and publishes long term forecasts for multiple multi-channel support centers

Builds and publishes short term forecast adjustments for Holidays, special events and projects

Minimum of 1-2 years of payroll experience with solid systems and payroll knowledge

Salary: 65 to 85K per year + robust benefits package.

Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels and across functions

Knowledge and experience of Lasso Crew Management Software is an asset

Post-secondary education in event production, event management, administration, or equivalent training is preferred

1+ years of experience in a supervisory or management position

Schedule labour using Lasso Crew Management Software

Be fluent in all functions of Lasso Crew Management Software in order to provide organization-wide support

Adhere to all legislative requirements surrounding scheduling and workforce

Ensures employer data is accurately entered and managed within the AHLA’s Association Management System

Familiar with using CRM and learning management systems to manage data, manipulating and analyzing data to support strategic decision making

Promotes available AHLA training opportunities to members to identify their training needs and requirements

Ability to discern priorities to effectively manage multiple projects with deliverables to key stakeholders

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail

Experience working as a workforce specialist/recruiter/human resources coordinator or similar

A minimum of a BS or BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, supply chain / materials management or any related field

Prior scheduling experience, preferably in a manufacturing, healthcare or hospitality environment

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with strong analytical background and organizational skills.

Prepare and adjust production schedule based on forecast / customer demand, capacity, and inventory.

Gather unstructured data to produce insights and reporting using Excel / Google Sheets
