Manage stakeholder engagement at Worley Group Executive and Senior Executive Level to influence change.

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Human Resources, Operations, Events, Business or related field

Assist and support in all employee experience events and initiatives for successful execution

Passion for employee experience, creating community, producing creative ideas, celebrate diversity in the workplace and becoming a greener organization

Working and support collaborative team mentality

2 years of direct working experience with persons with disabilities in a vocational setting

Expert knowledge of developmental disabilities and their impact on employment

Excellent marketing and written communication skills

Employment Ontario knowledge and exposure

Previous job development and/or sales training and experience

Provide job search assistance, job placement services, job coaching and job maintenance for adults with a developmental disability

3+ years of experience in people & process management

Expertise in operational management and human resources

Be knowledgeable about Fair Labor practices and Labor Union laws

Experience in call center, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of workforce analytics and operational performance metrics

Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels and across functions

Knowledge and experience of Lasso Crew Management Software is an asset

Post-secondary education in event production, event management, administration, or equivalent training is preferred

1+ years of experience in a supervisory or management position

Schedule labour using Lasso Crew Management Software

Be fluent in all functions of Lasso Crew Management Software in order to provide organization-wide support

Adhere to all legislative requirements surrounding scheduling and workforce
