2+ years' store management experience

High school education or equivalent experience

Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability

Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance

Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store

Oversee stock and store operations

Effective planning, organization, and time management skills

Overseeing of the daily operation and management of the liquor store in accordance with company policies, procedures, and overall expectations

Directly responsible for team member relations, including hiring, training and development and performance management

Provide ongoing written and verbal feedback to the Area Manager

Ensure the store’s merchandising standards are being managed and maintained and all programs are being implemented, measured, and managed

Ensure the store’s housekeeping, sanitation and maintenance schedules/standards are managed and being maintained

Extensive project / discipline management experience involving fully managing multiple projects from beginning to end.

Maintaining and growing your industry and professional knowledge and leadership skills to ensure Ausenco remains ahead of the marketplace.

Demonstrated track record of risk, financial and budget management.

Providing technical leadership in the areas of socio-economics, indigenous knowledge, traditional use and /or community engagement and consultation.

Related technical qualifications including relevant undergraduate degree, with a professional designation, or ability to obtain one.

Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining a team of professionals to support projects and the business.

Experience supporting Liquor or Cannabis clients considered an asset
