The Role: Wealth Relationship Manager 

Meet with branch team to celebrate results, educate, recognize, and coach.

Meet with and understanding each member’s complete cashflow to determine their unique immediate, secondary, needs.

Demonstrate strong presentation, meeting management and relationship management/servicing skills

Other education or certification requirements Accreditation from appropriate organization (CPP, CEBS, PHR) is desired.

Overall 10-12 years of successful experience in related field and client-facing roles and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge

Previous experience in the HCM and Talent Acquisition & Management space preferred

Combination of sales / account management / relationship building skills and business/financial acumen

Using well developed business relationship management skills influence c

Post-Secondary degree – business/management area preferred

Manage, educate and build relationships with key partners as it relates to operational matters

Works closely with business partners and end users to develop requirements to meet business needs

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate conflict resolution

Strong customer service orientation and relationship building skills

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks with appropriate attention to detail

Significant experience and success with high level account management or a similar senior customer facing role

Create influential relationships with network managers from our strategic partners

Manage and monitor repairer compliance across multiple AMC/ Insurer networks

Work remotely to deliver a balanced performance against key business metrics in line with business goals and objectives

Delivering a personalized customer experience to build a deep rapport with AMC/ Insurers and their respective networks

Proven effective planning and organisational skills

Significant experience and success with high level account management or a similar senior customer facing role

Create influential relationships with network managers from our strategic partners

Manage and monitor repairer compliance across multiple AMC/ Insurer networks

Knowledge of best practices in strategic sales or account management

Assesses export financing, risk management or other needs and matches solutions to these needs.

Plans, manages and structures an effective approach to business development and prospect/client support.

Manages an assigned portfolio of accounts and develops strategies and account plans depending on the geographic area.

Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, commerce or another relevant discipline

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French

3+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, or a similar role

Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs and requirements

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of the technical staffing industry is a plus
