Project manage large-scale restaurant launches for our top brands and oversee continued operational success for existing clients

Technical - You have knowledge of Excel (Can maintain complex spreadsheets). You navigate sales tools with ease (Salesforce, Outreach, Google Apps)

Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets (advanced excel skills required)

Have demonstrated success in defining strategies, developing effective and personalized customer experience journeys and communications Have experience as a people manager

Have a strong balance of business acumen and technical knowledge understanding data requirements and integrations

Develops and delivers educational programming to support UBC student learning pre-departure, in-experience and post-experience.

Responsible for revenue generation building and maintains community relationships, including participants, donors, local sponsors, volunteers, and community partners.

Delivers exceptional support to all constituents, including sponsors, donors, and volunteers.

Supports the execution of virtual and team strategy in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan.

Capture accurate key information discussed during calls in the Client Relationship Management System (CRM);
