Location: Remote, Candidates should be in Canada and work in EST time zone

Provide leadership to mature and evolve the Vendor Management Office framework of policies, processes, and responsibilities.

Contract Management and Vendor Governance

Coordinate Executive Relationship Management sessions (e.g., QBR, Annual Executive Relationship Management).

Solid grasp of financial concepts and budget planning and management.

Technology Team Leader, IT Vendor Management Office (VMO

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Inventory management for all collateral housed at vendor locations including managing volume to within tolerable levels

Lead in internal partner meetings with respect to inventory/collateral management, usage, reorder points and draft minutes for distribution

Provide insights and robust reporting to management team highlighting issues/trends and call out any high-risk operating deficiencies associated to inventory reconciliations

Experienced nalytical skills to identify gaps and deficiencies and develop solutions

Manage inventory re-order & destruction

3+ yrs of vendor management experience

Great culture fit & relationship building skills

Data experience with excel or Power BI

Comfortable with contract reviews & negotiations

Can operate in a fast pace environment

Duration: 6 month contract + extensions

Maintain knowledge of vendor and customer specific accounting requirements i.e. applicable taxes, credit and debit practices etc.

Prior experience in finance and accounting related experience an asset.

Manage & maintain the Activity Tracker with most current information and activity support

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with an ability to sort through ambiguity and promptly resolve deductions related issues.

Advanced computer skills required on PC based software – Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains software is an asset.

University degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or related field

2-4 years of Vendor Management experience

Knowledge of Project Management processes

Knowledge of effective Change Management practices

Ensure CTC’s New Initiative and Third Party Risk Management Framework (TPRMF) is implemented and followed

Familiar with Third Party Risk Management Framework and Governance such as OSFI B10

Strong project management, leadership, and relationship skills are preferred
