Develop an understanding of customer needs by use of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and work queues.

Preference for one (1) or more year of relevant customer service or account management.

Assist the Relationship Manager in achieving branch goals.

Manage, service and mitigate risk on customer accounts by utilizing applications such as Salesforce and Tableau.

Previous sales or upselling experience preferred.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Coordinating all vendor management activities

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and a superior customer experience:

Manage large and small changes into the customer care organization through coordination with key business and information technology teams

Identify and document technical system and process requirements for improved operational efficiencies and customer service-related global issues

Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, or a related field.

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Trust, Contracts/Legal, and Media teams, to ensure a smooth and efficient vendor management process.

Proactively engage with media managers to identify new vendors and ensure they are brought into the review process promptly.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of security and privacy regulations and best practices.

Review DRIP plans and coordinating with the Cash Management department and CDS

Coordinate with Corporate Actions and Cash Management team and/or CDS on security conversions and redemptions

Be knowledgeable of all existing products and services to effectively promote and champion all offerings

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Word), Google Suites application, Database Management and other desktop applications

Review of completed Proxy Planners to ensure all requirements and timeline deficiencies are communicated to the issuer or their advisors

Coordinate and advise client and finance of advance funds required for printing and mailings and other applicable services
