You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of utility systems and equipment. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. Overview A Utility Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of utility systems, such as water, gas, and electric. They are responsible for ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and safely. They may also be responsible for installing new systems and performing routine maintenance. Detailed Job Description A Utility Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of utility systems, such as water, gas, and electric. They must be knowledgeable in the operation of these systems and be able to troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise. They must also be able to install new systems and perform routine maintenance. They must be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, as well as be able to use a variety of tools and equipment. They must also be able to work with other technicians and engineers to ensure that all systems are functioning properly and safely. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of utility systems, such as water, gas, and electric
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment
• Ability to work with other technicians and engineers
• Knowledge of safety protocols
• Good communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in a related field
• Previous experience in a related field
• Valid driver’s license
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of utility systems, such as water, gas, and electric
• Knowledge of safety protocols
• Knowledge of tools and equipment used in the field
• Knowledge of blueprints and schematics

• Previous experience in a related field
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing utility systems
• Experience in installing new systems
• Experience in performing routine maintenance
