At least 10 years of professional UX design experience.

Skilled in developing sitemaps, user flows, and journey maps

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, User-Centered Design/Human-Computer Interaction, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Solid capabilities in user-centered design practices with complex requirements

Ensure consistency of experience across multiple areas and products

Minimum 3 years of experience in leading UX design

Practical knowledge of design or prototyping tools such as Figma

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Manages design tasks and delivery and ensures visual displays, components, colour and type meet the specified accessibility requirements.

Creates highly complex user flows and experience for inter-related complex flows.

Manage day to day design requests from lines of business

10+ years experience leading the design/execution of user experiences -

10+ years of working experience with multi member UX design teams on complex User Experience centric initiatives

10+ years experience in software development / digital industry and other relevant professional experience

3+ years of experience managing managers

Advocate for user-centric and data-driven experiences that cross product workflows and align to business strategy

Anticipate the changing demands for skills, attracting and retaining the best people for our future success

15+ years of relevant professional experience in UX research with exposure to both quantitative and qualitative techniques

A strong analytical skillset and the ability to distill complex ideas, and large amounts of data and viewpoints, to their essence

Experience building and setting research strategy that connects with business strategy

Ability to coach and be a reliable source of information to team members with less experience.

3+ years of experience as a UX/interaction/product designer or similar role, ideally within an Agile environment.

A diploma or degree in a related field (UX Design, Graphic Design, Interdisciplinary Design, Interaction Design) or relevant work experience.

Commitment to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge.

Strong knowledge of prototyping tool with design system proficiency.

Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS capabilities and limitations.
