Advanced knowledge of Urban Design and Community Planning theory, principles, practices and techniques

Advanced verbal, written, and graphic communication skills

Strong analytical, research, and interpretive skills

Creative problem-solving and solution-finding skills to gather relevant information to solve urban design and planning problems

Membership or eligibility for membership in Alberta Professional Planners Institute/Canadian Institute of Planners (APPI/CIP). Experience in project management preferred

Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail

Develop, review, and manage the approval process for land use planning applications

Manage and support multiple planning projects

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Experience with Public Engagement processes and strategies

You bring a strong work ethic and have experience working in wineries, production, warehouse, outdoor receiving areas, and damp cellar conditions.

Experience in a winery production facility an asset

Previous experience working in harvest in a large production facility
