University degree in Education, or a related field, Adult Education Certificate, or equivalent related experience.

Understanding of organizational change dynamics and the role of training and development to support success in change management situations

Establish beneficial relationships with external training and development partners and educational institutions

Experience with a full range of training methodologies; facilitator led, computer based training, and web based training

Experience or background in Accounting or Finance/Payroll or Human Resources, with a strong technical aptitude.

Video editing software experience is a requirement.

Knowledge in IT / IOT technologies – HTML, OPC, SNMP, REST, MQTT, IP network management and Niagara Framework is an asset.

Knowledge and relevant experience in HVAC and in Building Automation Systems (BAS).

University degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC/Controls or any other relevant experience in technical training.

Minimum of 5 years experience in one or more of the following fields:

Knowledge in the application programming interfaces (API)

Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

University, College, Certification or Degree in Adult Education, Learning Technology, Instructional Design or similar relevant field

Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage business partners and external vendors who have major delivery responsibilities for projects and operations.

Inform business leaders and stakeholders on the business impact of the learning experience

Consults on solutions to performance gaps based on sound learning design principles that are outside of the immediate scope design requirements

Proven experience in building & managing teams, including the ability to provide direction and understand resource capability

• Support POS software, hardware development cycle to include requirement-based analysis

• Analyze user’s requirements and develops functional specifications for a better result

• Point of sales technician role (2-3 years)

Criteria 1 - Training Management, Leadership, Development and Delivery Experience 30 points

Extensive experience in the use of project management software

·Ensure effective utilization of the LRC project management methods, tools and documentation

·Perform ongoing issue and risk management to minimize project impacts

Experience and skills in creating and maintaining plans and coordinating project tasks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience in training communication

Must have strong organizational and time management skills

Evaluate existing training programs, and partner with management team to revise or create new training programs based on business needs

A minimum of 3 years of training and development management, preferably in a retail environment

Develop training programs on identified learning needs to address the competency/skills gap of employees

Manage and maintain in-house training programs and equipment

Assist managers and trainers in solving specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
