Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist certified by the College of Respiratory Therapy of Ontario (or graduate license)

Graduate from an accredited institute of Respiratory Therapy

Thoroughly familiar with and competent in all aspects of Respiratory Therapy

Demonstrated clinical and technical ability

Experience with patients with neurological disease is an asset

Working knowledge of software packages such as Accuro, PAS/PHS, SunnyCare and QuadraMed are required

Experience in booking necessary diagnostic tests/procedures

Demonstrated proficiency and advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office

Demonstrated proficiency in English grammar, with excellent verbal and written communications skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills in order to meet deadlines.

Current Certification with the Ontario College of Nurses

Recent clinical experience in a Cath Lab or equivalent setting is an asset

Electrophysiology experience is an asset

Demonstrated commitment to continuing education within the past two (2) years

Ability to integrate and apply critical thinking skills to patient care

Coronary Care Certificate, Emergency Nursing Certificate, or Critical Care Certificate required

One year of Administrative/Business experience required, in a health care setting preferred

Knowledge of software packages such as Word/Windows

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

One year of Community College - Medical Terminology course preferred

Demonstrated Person Centred Care/Customer Service behaviour

Typing at 40 net words per minute or keyboarding at 106 net keystrokes per minute

A minimum of one (1) year of of administrative experience preferably within a a high-paced, high-volume, healthcare environment

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated knowledge of KRONOS ESP staff scheduling system preferred

Knowledge of software packages such as Word/Windows

Confident problem-solving and communication skills

Successful completion of one (1) year of a Community College program, preferably in office administration, human resources or related business discipline

Recent neonatal or related nutrition support experience required

Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills required

Experience in providing patient/family counselling required

Provides expertise and leadership in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nutritional care of infants in the Neonatal ICU

Focuses particularly on the nutrition support of extremely low birth weight infants

Regularly attends and contributes to interprofessional morning rounds

Demonstrated knowledge and experience of ESP staff scheduling and payroll Outstanding Customer Service Skills Essential.

One year of Administrative/Business experience required, in a health care setting preferred

Advanced computer skills with a high degree of accuracy.

Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to deal with conflict and communicate appropriately with staff and families.

Ensuring the maximum number of patients are in the zone at all times, directing new patients into the zone as needed

Directing new patients into appropriate care spaces within the zone

Well-developed interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills;

Demonstrated ability in curriculum development and delivery.
