2+ years’ experience of directly related work.

General knowledge of bus, automotive and/or other vehicle systems.

Accountability around daily management and monthly KPI’s.

Associates degree (mechanical, electrical, or biological degree) or with 1+ years of experience.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Driving a sense of urgency to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and with an emphasis on a “first time fix.”

Handling customer concerns ‐ ability to identify, own, and supervise any issues with an account.

Communications and collaborates with teams, Customers, vendors, and management.

Works with Production/Finance to ensure project billing is up to date and monitors cost/margins.

Provides technical support to customers by offering guidance to help debug parts and explains how the parts work

Enters all new orders into computer system or cancels orders upon Customer request; manages the Order Review Process.

1-2 years of experience working in customer service, supporting sales and production/service teams

Experience providing support on physical parts

Learn and operate within the company defined policies and procedures to maintain compliance with the regulated requirements for medical devices

Two (2) years of customer service experience

Two (2) years of professional experience in a related field (repair technician, customer service, etc.)
