Technical Service Field Representative Jobs in Ontario

Education: College level or an equivalent experience

Preparing lists of equipment requirements and cost calculations for quotation.

Knowledge of the construction safety rules

Knowledge of the AutoCAD software and the MS-Office suite

Identify new areas of business to develop.

Respond to customer requests for quotes through phone calls and/or emails.

Make decisions based on policies and procedures, and discuss and refer unresolved customer service issues to the Manager.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures and comply with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Calibrate/service electrical or electronic medical equipment and instruments according to technical manuals and written instructions.

Basic skills in project management.

Driving a sense of urgency to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and with an emphasis on a “first time fix.”

Handling customer concerns ‐ ability to identify, own, and supervise any issues with an account.

Communications and collaborates with teams, Customers, vendors, and management.

Works with Production/Finance to ensure project billing is up to date and monitors cost/margins.

Provides technical support to customers by offering guidance to help debug parts and explains how the parts work

Enters all new orders into computer system or cancels orders upon Customer request; manages the Order Review Process.
