Knowledge: Experience working on component repairs, trouble shooting, field services and generating quote labor hours

Responsible for day-to-day support of the business of Parts & Service sales to customers

Executes initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence and maximizes efficiencies including service, warranty programs and parts operations at the branch

Supervise and leads service technicians to ensure repair profit margin performance and customer service are met

Anticipate customer needs and ensure effective management of same.

Monitor performance of duties and responsibilities of staff while evaluating processes to attain optimum customer satisfaction.

Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and people skills.

Strong leadership and communication with experience collaborating with others.

Mechanical experience in all divisions (AG, Truck, Heavy, Lift).
