Manage all time tracking/timesheets and biweekly payroll requirements for the Operations Team

A minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a certified Maintenance Engineer (TC, FAA, EASA) within helicopter operations;

Knowledge of Transport Canada applicable CARs as they relate to AMO operations;

 Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Ten (10) years of experience in rotary wing maintenance preferred.

Responsible for implementing the change management process at the plant, evaluating, prioritizing and implementing change requests.

Continuously seek to improve technical knowledge and skills.

Ensure current and future training requirements are met and develop clear progression paths for the team.

A minimum of 8 years of related work experience.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a team leader.

Previous experience in open pit mining or mineral processing (specifically gold processing) is considered an asset.
