Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels in the organization.

Post-secondary certificate or diploma health administration, management or business administration, or related from an accredited post-secondary education institution.

Assists the Manager with the hiring and performance management of clerical staff

2 years of experience working knowledge of Accuro Medical record and EPR.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

3 years supervisory experience preferably in a unionized health care setting and services organization including:

2 years of experience with ambulary care and/or clinic work

Supervisory experience - 1-2 years experience leading a team

Pet care experience in a professional pet care environment

Basic understanding and knowledge of dog behavior

Ability to work well within a team and lead a team

Current Basic Life Support Certification

Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing

Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Long Assignment Full-time (100% FTE); 75 Hours Bi-weekly
