2 - 5 years project implementation experience

Participate and/or lead client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead/support testing and drive deployment

Excellent oral and written communication skills , including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, etc…

Experiences and skills you’ll use:

Experience integrating solutions across SaaS, Cloud native as well as Outsource providers and their related data flows

Experience working with engineering and cloud teams is a prerequisite, (moving from big picture to proof of concepts/pilots and realization)

More than 2-years experience in financial or management consulting industry

A degree in finance, business administration, math, statistics, economics and other quantitative subject areas is beneficial

Working experience in Advanced Excel spreadsheets

Improve global HR operational efficiencies and employee experience through process and technology solutions.

Manage a global team of process and HRIS specialists and analysts - leading, mentoring, and coaching members of the team

Assess, manage, resolve, and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues to the Director, HR Transformation.

Works closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure business needs are met (IT, Finance, PMO, etc.)

Good knowledge of information technology

3+ years of experience in project design, management and implementation

Strong leadership skills able to drive teams involved, document and communicate to all participant groups, senior management, stakeholders and sponsors.

Minimum five years of deep and broad management experience with an emphasis on program management

Prepares and delivers presentations to business and technology partners, senior management and executives selecting the appropriate approach based on the audience.

Provides senior management with timely updates on strategic program issues

Identifies technical and business opportunities to take advantage of cross project knowledge, best practices and reusability to expedite projects.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an employee/internal communications role with writing, editing, and content development and management experience

Edits and/or proofreads content for HR Communications colleagues and SMEs. Manages email communications and marketing collateral lifecycle, from branding to distribution.

Undergraduate degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related field or equivalent experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interview and editing skills

Strong web design and web development skills, especially using SharePoint
