Sports Facility Manager Jobs in Ontario

Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in facility management combined with a strong people management background and solid analytical skills.

Manage the work order process by overseeing service request work orders and assist coordinators and management in resolving problems.

Oversee the central management of office supplies: oversee communication with employees, prepares orders and manages inventory.

Responsible to co-ordinate with Sr. Manager, Facilities all tasks related to Life and Safety for managed buildings.

Coach and grow employees to benefit not only themselves, but the business as a whole

Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 6+ years of professional experience and 0 2 years of supervisory experience.

University degree or college diploma in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Management/Administration

Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director, Finance

Minimum of 5 years progressive accounting experience with an emphasis on financial reporting and analysis

Knowledge of GAAP and NPO accounting and internal control principles

Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations for business issues

Knowledge of federal and provincial legislation affecting corporations, partnerships, and charities

Strong analytical skills to help identify growth opportunities and address issues

Experience in copy writing and/or social content is an asset

Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills

Minimum of 5 years of construction background and real estate related knowledge

Knowledge of HVAC, Security Systems, CCTV, Access Control systems preferred

Advanced skill set in Microsoft Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
