Previous experience using P2P platforms, e-sourcing, and/or contract lifecycle management systems.

Two (2) to five (5) years of buying, sourcing, food import experience in the retail industry;

Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to build working relationships; and

SAP experience and extensive experience in negotiation management and negotiation tactics

Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently

Experience in working in international environments and managing stakeholders of varying management levels

Very good understanding of contract management

Wide range know-how in supplier management and supplier relationship

Knowledge of electronic manufacturing services and assemblies, passive and active components

Experience in strategic sourcing or procurement management with up to $50M spend.

Experience in best practices including category playbook, total cost of ownership, cost modeling, supplier relationship management, and stakeholder engagement.

Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and materials management principles and best practices.

Proficiency using formal strategic sourcing processes, category management, and supplier relationship management methods.

Demonstrated ability to influence all levels of staff and management without formal decision-making authority.

Strong negotiating skills; excellent understanding of terms and conditions of development, supply and inventory agreements.

Previous experience in Global IT procurement, specifically related to IT infrastructure and technology tower.

Job Title: Category Lead (Procurement Analyst)

Work Setup: Hybrid (Once in a week on Thursday)

4 to 7+ years of experience in contract management, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management

Contract Management: Evaluate, negotiate, and draft a variety of contracts covering a range of transactions

Understanding of contract and supplier performance management (statement of work, licensing, maintenance, and service level agreements)

Understanding of project management and agile development methods would be an asset

University or post-secondary degree or equivalent practical experience is required

Experience with professional services, Corporate Goods and Services, would be considered an asset
