Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

This is a hybrid remote role requiring working onsite at our Toronto office location twice per week*

Manages and drives a sales team to meet and exceed quota (approximately $5 million)

Minimum of 10 years of experience in developing and architecting IM/IT applications within the last 15 years.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in documenting and designing architectural specifications for Cloud-hosted applications within the last 10 years.

Deploy and manage compute, storage, and other computing resources.

Designing deployment strategies for secure remote access, load balancing, private networks, and re-usable environments in the cloud.

Set up and configure virtual private clouds, virtual networks, firewalls, application gateways, load balancers, and other necessary network infrastructure.

Establish toolsets and processes to support cloud development and operations, including CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, technical diploma, or other applicable software development work experience

Advanced knowledge and understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is required

Understanding of Azure IaaS, PaaS and Container based deployment models, configuration, and migration experience (including Azure Container instances and Kubernetes)

Strong problem-solving, decision making, and conflict-resolution abilities

Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset

Experience migrating applications into the public cloud according to customers' security and networking requirements.

Assess and Support channel coverage, partner capacity and recruitment requirements for Cloud migrations across a range of different partnership models.

Partner with Enterprise Sales on educating them on partner capabilities and optimizing the co-selling motion.

You will have 10+ years of product, consulting and sales experience within Digital Transformation and Cloud migrations engagements.

Good to have experience working with Partners.

Lead Americas Partner capability unified strategy in collaboration with Global

Support Project/Program management team ensuring project plan activities are delivered on time, on budget and in line with customer expectations

Knowledge of financial markets and understanding of business requirements, ability to work in a demanding environment to meet customer deadlines

Cloud certification in Snowflake, Azure (SnowPro Advanced: Architect and Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) bare minimum requirement

Deliver capabilities such as Consultancy, software implementation, configuration, integration

Preparing and planning of complex technical requirements for the implementation environment, integration details, testing details – UAT, SIT, Unit Testing etc
