Interface with clients to understand their needs in an ongoing collaborative relationship

Proficiency in using requirements engineering tools (e.g., IBM DOORS, JIRA, Confluence) or similar software for requirements management and traceability.

Effectively communicate requirements to engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding and agreement.

Manage and track changes to requirements, assess the impact, and facilitate the necessary communication and decision-making processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information and requirements in a clear and concise manner.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze complex problems, decompose them into actionable requirements, and identify potential issues or conflicts.

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document technical requirements for engineering projects, products, or systems.

Ensure that the requirements of the health, safety and environment management system are implemented and maintained.

Attend HSE Due Diligence for Management training sessions.

Perform SWOT analysis on department as required by the General Manager.

Communicate, implement and refine the project team culture as prescribed by the General Manager.

Implement comprehensive performance reviews for direct reports. Produce succession candidates for the Director and Manager roles using the ATS process.

Carry out hazard assessments, inspections, and audits as required by legislative framework and/or corporate requirements.

Practical support and capabilities to develop applications that move digital value faster and more easily

Will be required to complete and remain current as per the requirements of the Corporation’s Management Certificate Program.

Must have good working knowledge and experience with corporate computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Right-of-way: manages the public right-of-way through issuance of permits, processes various subsidy programs, encroachments agreements, and development reviews.

Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
