As a Software Engineering Recruiter, you’d be recruiting software engineers specializing in AI and related domains for forward-thinking, technology-focused companies. You’ll be supported by an excellent, enthusiastic administrative assistant and a team of highly intelligent, educated, experienced researchers to find and contact qualified target candidates.

What You’d be Doing:

• Interview and qualify engineering candidates
• Write candidate submission reports for clients
• Supervise and direct teams of researchers to source top-quality candidates
• Interface with clients to understand their needs in an ongoing collaborative relationship

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to work Pacific hours 9am-5pm (with some flexibility on Fridays for those in other time zones)
• A positive, can-do, team-oriented attitude, skillfully balancing urgency and diplomacy
• Excitement about joining and helping to grow a rapidly expanding company with enormous career growth potential
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with our clients’ emerging, innovative technologies
• 2-5+ years of experience in software engineering recruiting, preferably within AI and related fields such as machine learning, data science, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
