Assure a safe construction & installation of the facilities taking into account all legal requirements and internal policies

Creating a knowledge-sharing environment where sharing learnings is key

Experience and strong track record in management of Strategic Partnerships, Life Cycle Management, and departmental governance

Strong influencing, negotiation, conflict management and risk management skills

Lead a dedicated team in support of Life Cycle Management initiatives across all platforms and DHC aircraft types

In conjunctions with Director of Project Management support overall Engineering annual budget development

Develop governance structure and performance management framework of strategic partnerships and lifecycle management support functions

Mental agility, possessing the ability to manage multiple priorities/responsibilities simultaneously and execute tasks in a high pressure fast paced environment

Project management skills including business development, compensation, continuous improvement decision making, employee benefits, group leadership, and interpersonal skill leadership

Degree preferably in engineering, business operations management, or similar field

Develop and coach Managers, Supply Chain Leaders, and Team Members to solve operational issues.

Provide technical knowledge in the development of capital plan to enable continuous improvement

Prior leadership experience and demonstrated ability to lead and influence

Strong leadership with the ability to get results through mentoring skills
