Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Manager

Experience in the seniors housing or hospitality industries would be ideal but is not mandatory,

Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, while reinforcing the customer’s purchase and capturing the customer’s phone number/email address

Support product replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant, including processing merchandise and maintaining the back room

3-5 years experience in marketing and sales. More years of experience would be considered an asset over educational qualifications.

Experience in management may be advantageous.

Strong written skills in drafting agreements

Manage the sales team in the showhome, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success in closing sales.

Negotiate offers and contract terms with potential buyers to secure successful transactions.

Analyze competitor offerings and identify unique selling points for our properties.

At least 3 to 5 years’ sales experience in the new home building industry

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with potential buyers effectively.

Other responsibilities related to market and sales

Experienced in sport/energy drinks marketing

Previous work experience with sport/energy drinks is an asset
