Site Reliability Operations Analyst Jobs

10+ years of direct managerial experience and interpersonal skills, strongly preferred

Manage the operations and engineering functions at the property with the objectives of safely and effectively operating machinery and building systems

Manage a team of Critical Facilities Technicians (CFTs) and/or Managers across all shifts in a 7x24 operation

Working with your peers and the COO to determine appropriate team performance goals and manage those to completion

Manage contracted service work at the property, including understanding and developing the scope of service, bidding, awarding and administering any contracts

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience required

8+ years in a senior operational management position

Superior project management, operational planning, interpersonal relations, communication, and effectively coaching team members are essential to be successful in this role.

Work collaboratively with Arrow shared services functional leaders to attain customer requirements and business growth

Manage communication throughout the organization through town halls and operations team meetings

10+ years experience in a CNC machining and/or fabrication environment is required.

Significant knowledge around Lean Principles, Operational KPI implementation and execution, knowledge of MRP systems and advanced excel knowledge is highly preferred.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibility.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in a similar role 5-7yrs – Food Industry

Previous experience in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing, CPG

Bachelor's degree in a related field-preferred

Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.

Comprehensive knowledge of nursing theory and evidence-based practice

Comprehensive knowledge of health care disciplines and their role within health care

Ability to effectively employ human relation skills including conflict resolution

Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills

Ability to coordinate care within available resources, including the ability to develop and modify staffing deployments

Experience with Collaboration & Change Management tools: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow

Strong technical & analytical skills in troubleshooting and correlating information. Previous developer/application or system administrator experience

Experience in creating, modifying and maintaining CI/CD systems (Azure devops, Jenkins)

Experience in tools like ansible, rundeck, bitbucket, Jira, Github for automation.

SRE experience creating and designing meaningful SLO/I/A and error budget definitions.

Experience with monitoring, logging & telemetry tools like New Relic, Sumologic, Grafana, Splunk, Azure Monitor or similar

Knowledge of project management and organization

Possess project management skills to lead, motivate, initiate, analyze, plan, organize and facilitate change

Understanding of related software and information systems (i.e. database management tools, SAP, M5, maintenance management information systems, project management, etc.)

Experience and formal training combined with demonstrated performance and ability may substitute for stipulated academic requirements.

Knowledge of reliability and failure analysis methods

General knowledge of City’s corporate/departmental/branch policies and procedures
