Experience with Loopio (or other RFP software) and Salesforce are considered a very strong asset

Management skills to direct and orchestrate medium-sized proposal team efforts;

Communicate proposal-related requirements and ensure detailed guidance to proposal writers/contributors and subcontractors is provided;

Develop Proposal execution plan (schedule, resource requirements, work breakdowns, team tasking and tracking);

8+ years of experience of demonstrated with relevant technologies;

Knowledge of product: L3Harris MAPPS Montreal systems and simulation engineering solutions;

Experience with International proposals and markets;

Assist with the maintenance of client and opportunity database, registers, and internal business development documentation within our client relationship management system.

Contribute to the identification, development and publication of proposals, tenders and other written documentation requiring professional writing and editing skills.

1 - 3 years of experience providing proposal or project coordination/administrative support. Experience within a professional services firm is a bonus.

Conduct detailed scans of specified websites to identify potential opportunities in alignment with core service areas.

Assist in the preparation and submission of quality tender and expression of interest documentation.

Assist with internal communications and meetings (e.g., schedule, attend and collect meeting notes, and distribute action item lists).

Lead written response efforts for RFP’s and proposals by developing win themes and writing strategies based on solution requirements.

4+ years of technical writing and/or proposal writing experience is required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with fine attention to detail.

Estimating experience in substation, switchgear, and electrical system installations.

Experience with emerging technology and systems associated with microgrid/energy storage or renewable energy solutions.

3-5 years of experience working to design, build, measure, and improve quoting and proposal management tools and/or processes.

Strong time-management and multitasking skills

Strong track record acting in a product ownership, project management or business systems analyst role.

Experience supporting a global engineer to order project business desired.

Strong analytical skills with a track record of leveraging data to make business decisions.

Experience working with business subject matter experts to create user stories and acceptance criteria.
