Ensure compliance with Alliance Management Plans and guidelines, Subcontract and Prime Contract requirements, the Construction Act and at law.

5+years’ experience in Senior Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or Contracts Management

Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Drafting and implementation of Management Plans, Processes and Procedures.

Ensure strong strategic and proactive management of downstream Subcontracts including, but not limited to:

Proven experience in complex contract management and negotiations.

Experience with supplier relationship and performance management techniques and measurement.

Provides oversight and direction to a team of employees within subcontracts management department in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.

Engage and communicate efficiently with internal Customers and Stakeholders as necessary in executing Supplier requirements.

Ensure Supplier requirements are executed achieving favourable conditions and consistency with technical, program, cost and performance (quality and delivery) requirements.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience performing similar activities.

Coordinates change management process with Work Package Managers tailored to each subcontract

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

Completion of bidder pre-qualifications in association with Socio-Economic group

A working knowledge of subcontracting/purchasing activities typical to the engineering and construction industry is required.

Excellent written and oral communications skills,

A working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with procurement

· Strong working knowledge of Contract or Construction Law

· Demonstrated strong and leadership skills with ability and desire to develop, mentor, and coach employees

Installation of Slab Doors and Sliding Closet Doors

Installation of Baseboard and quarter round

Extensive knowledge and experience with materials management, expediting, quality surveillance and logistics.

Proven track record and considerable experience in the establishment, ongoing management and maintenance of multi-million-dollar subcontracts

Bid schedule management for multiple bids through each bid stage to award, meeting all key milestones

Extensive administrative skills and experience in tracking subcontractor contract milestones, deliverables, issues, action items and payments.

Managing prequalification and sourcing strategy.

Lead and manage all post bid activity and co-ordinate, supplier site visits (if necessary).
