You have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with a SaaS company in Customer Support / Customer Success.

Collaborating with our Risk team to manage Bonsai’s transaction monitoring and chargebacks, coordinating with customer support and product teams as necessary

2+ years experience providing exceptional customer service of any type (in person or online).

Excellent writing skills - all you need is one response to resolve a complex customer problem!

Previous experience in SaaS and Customer Support (Email and Live Chat) is a must-have!

Experience with Intercom/ZenDesk, Slack, Notion, Excel/Google Sheets, Stripe

Offer rotational coverage on holidays or weekends, and overtime on high-volume days.

1 to 3 years of banking operations experience.

Industry knowledge: Wire Transfer and Check processing with understanding of Accounting and Regulatory backgrounds.

Banking experience with foreign exchange preferred.

Knowledge of local clearing systems, SWIFT, and associated formatting challenges.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

You have working knowledge of statistical techniques (i.e. Regression, Time-series analysis, Clustering, Decision trees, RFM, Demand forecasting).

What You Need To Know

Act as a client liaison to maintain successful, productive relationships ensuring effective communication and project management

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a directly related role including experience managing and executing assessment and remediation projects

Previous experience in a consulting environment

Service-oriented and the ability to multi-task with strong written and verbal communication skills

A working knowledge of Alberta’s regulatory framework

Preference given to individuals with knowledge of BC's framework

Excellent verbal, written, communication and time management skills

Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotech, contract research organization or clinical research site preferred

Builds local relationships with key research sites and Key Opinion Leaders.

May contribute to the administration and maintenance of the global investigator database

May assist with other clinical systems enhancements/projects as necessary to meet business needs.

Partner with colleagues to ensure the delivery of superior client experience.

Knowledge of BESS and SWIFT along with their respective rules.

Basic knowledge of the following applications: PeopleSoft, RIBS NY, Eserve, ITRACS, OnDemand

Strong organizational & decision-making skills

In-depth knowledge of day-to-day Payments Processing procedures.

Customer Service / Contact Centre experience.

Strong analytical and organization skills, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Extracts payment information (e.g., amounts, caps, limits, backup requirements) from clinical site payment documents and populates machine readable payment system template

Ensures finance activities are completed within timelines as per service level agreements

Demonstrates excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to drive a successful customer experience through positive customer interactions, provision of quality and timely deliverables, and task ownership

Proven ability to mentor others by instructing and developing capabilities
