Project manage and lead the development of Northland’s annual sustainability report and ESG performance index process

Support the development, review and maintenance of ESG-related policies, guidelines and frameworks in line with regulatory requirements and best practices

Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of ESG reporting standards and frameworks and the global regulatory reporting requirements

·Conduct thorough research and analysis of industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements related to ESG.

At least 8 years post qualification experience, including experience of working with US GAAP.

Sustainability qualifications or experience preferred.

Lead cross functional response to meet SEC, and other regulatory ESG compliance requirements.

Experience of working in professional practice or accounting advisory functions of a large accounting firm.

Experience of working with large, multinational, retail experience preferred.

Oversee the production and distribution of weekly, monthly and ad hoc senior management reports and presentations

Proactively communicate reporting modifications and process changes to contributors based on senior management requests and personal observations.

Ensure key trends, issues and watch items are brought forward from the metrics into management summaries clearly.

Strong project management skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

B.S. in the sciences, engineering, sustainability or public relations; Advanced degree in business, management, environmental sciences and/or related fields

10-15 years of related experience that includes direct experience with ESG reporting, including working with reporting and ratings frameworks

Knowledge and understanding of changing reporting regulatory and due diligence landscape
