Senior Premier Relationship Manager Jobs

Manage the process of a qualified client financing opportunity to a successful loans advance:

Experience and understanding of Credit Risk and Commercial Banking

Financial literacy - Knowledge of financial principles, and commercial lending practices

Excellent analytical skills to research, synthesize, and analyze financial data and other information.

Experience in financing infrastructure projects is an asset

Knowledge of the long-term care, affordable or social housing sectors is an asset

Build relationships with entrepreneurs, industry leaders and business executives as you manage a complex portfolio of agribusiness and agri-food customers

In-depth knowledge of local agribusiness and agri-food industries

Strong communication skills when dealing with leaders and executives of complex businesses

Experience negotiating financing packages with entrepreneurs and executives, including venture and equity capital providers

Develop and execute strategies for marketing financing packages to businesses that enhance Canadian agriculture

Develop a network of referral sources to increase FCC business opportunities with a focus on staying highly visible in the marketplace

University Degree in Business or Finance or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong, proven, origination, business development, relationship building and portfolio management skills

Advanced knowledge of business lending policies, complex procedures, techniques and documentation requirements

Manages and grows a profitable commercial financing portfolio of diversified Commercial business members.

Actively monitors and manages the profitability of Meridian’s relationship with a member in order to retain and maintain business.

Advanced knowledge of statutory guidelines and regulations governing business lending

Demonstrated business development skills, analytical abilities and a sound knowledge of portfolio management acquired through the administration of a business portfolio

University degree in a business discipline or sufficient experience in lieu of education.

Experience working with, and developing relationships with, members, potential members, influential community people and staff is required

Maintain a basic understanding and technical knowledge of relevant products and services

Efficiently manage time in order to support multiple Relationship Managers concurrently

Strong interpersonal skills, with strong decision making and ability to deliver

Minimum of two years of experience working within the financial services industry

Solid knowledge of branch operational procedures

Experience and knowledge with client relationship management system

Evidence of strong sales results and technical skills in wealth management

Relationship management experience aligned to a client portfolio

Deliver tailored wealth management and financial planning services to a portfolio of HSBC Premier clients

Act as a Brand Ambassador for HSBC Bank Canada, delivering exceptional customer experiences

Three years of dynamic financial services and/or retail sales experience (or equivalent)
